Default How much fat is too much?

Hi

Im a bit worried - I had a look at the breakdown of the food I have been eating at fitday.com and it looks like my dietary intake is comprised of about 60% fat (mostly from cheese, eggs and cream)...this seems like WAY too much to me.

What is a healthy level? Should the protein percentage exceed the fat percentage?

60 - 70 percent fat is a great level!

Oops, I probably should have checked those links first! Thanks Karen, I feel a lot better now. Still, it is hard to get used to the idea that eating fat makes you lose weight - especially when I've avoided cheese and cream practically all my life
