There are no rules except no cheating lol...so Thanksgiving and Christmas indulge in your protein and veggies. If you feel for the holiday you want to indulge in something sweet...try the Low Carb Ice Cream its a challenge to yourself and a treat for your future. As far as reporting every week is not necessary, but it is your responsiblity to keep a food journal for your own accountablity. In the journal write down how you felt that day, any temptations, the purpose of the journal is for you to see your progress, changes, challenges, victories and mistakes. December 9th we shall report our progress since its so late in Starting. The Challenge Deadline will be January 25th which gives you ample time. Any questions feel free to post...Rob.
