Angry HEY! Where did everybody go?

I'm only new, but I thought these threads were helpful in comparing and planning so I will try to keep it going.
See my intro in the newbie section

I will tell you my menu for yesterday, since there was no posting:

Saturday :

Breakfast: melon chunks, (not been very Breakfast oriented past 2 days!)

Lunch: hb eggs, apple, GIANT piece of swiss cheese

Snack: handful of macadamias, large coffee with lots of double cream (no sugar)

Dinner: large piece of grilled salmon marinated in ginger, soy sauce, dry sherry, garlic; stir fried pak choy, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, onion, and sugar pod peas-- fried in bacon fat and olive oil. Sesame oil drizzled over all.

Buckets of water

Sunday :

Breakfast: zucchini frittata, half of small tomato, many slices of wild boar sausage (salami), orange juice

Snack: more salami

Dinner: roast pork, green beans with butter, small portion of acorn squash with butter, slices of fried apple

Some water (the night is young yet) and green tea

Hope to see more entries!

Post daily menu

Hi everyone This is my first time joining in and I am excited to get started. I have lost 35 pounds before using the LC diet and this time I plan on keeping it off for good. Exercise is my goal for life now, along with the 20 pounds I plan on losing Enough said, here's my 1st daily menu post. 01/22/01

Breakfast: Omelet- (2 eggs w/ cheese, green peppers and sausage) 1/2 cup of skim milk to drink

Sometimes I only eat half of this omelet and save the rest for a snack in the middle of the day.

Lunch: 1 cup of French Onion soup w/ cheese 1/2 BLT ( in a wheat tortilla wrap)w/mayo and a pickle. Water to drink

Dinner: I have'nt made it yet, but I'll let you know.

Also can someone PLEASE tell me how this works. Do I just list my meals everyday or can I write a little something too. Should I go somewhere else to ask a question about this? And should I start my posts in the mornings for the day before, or just wait till nightime? Thanks to all who reply
