Default Dumb question.....Oils..

I have seen alot of people that take the Flax oil.. and Fish oil...

Should I be taking a oil suppliment?? and what is it for??

I know... I should have asked or known this before.. but I have "duh" days..

Klaus, flax oil and fish oil are oils rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, also called essential fatty acids because they are essential - and your body cannot produce them, it must rely on what you eat for a supply.
