Default Contest Prep... vegetarian style... EGGS & WATER

I have to move from guerilla warfare to all out thermonuclear war in the field of contest prep. Coming up to 3 weeks out this Saturday, I'm making the following changes:
Diet- 5 day cycle. More extreme caloric restriction (8 cal/lb) for 4 days, and carbup (restricted to maintenance calorie levels) on day 5, with only the cleansest carb sources. During the first 4 days, it's no soy, almost no dairy. Basically just eggs, eggs, and eggs. And eggs. Did I forget to say eggs? Those too. And eggs. And nuts. We're talking 10 eggs plus an additional 10 egg whites. Exercise - 3 separate sessions per day on the diet days: 1 hour LILD cardio, 1 hour posing, 1 hour weights.

This is fun?

Hey, egg-boy! (sorry - you are going to be SOOOOO sick of eggs by the end of this!)
I am in need of an education: what's LILD cardio?

And good luck with this. It is NOT fun - but the smokin' hot body you'll be left with definitely WILL be!

LILD = Low Intensity Long Duration

Quote:
Low Intensity, Long Duration (LILD)
This method of aerobic exercise involves maintaining a lower heart rate for a longer period of time. LILD exercise may result in less muscle breakdown, which may be beneficial if several intense workouts are performed each week.

Sounds like you are doing the "egg fast"...I did that long time ago...by the second day I thought I'd never eat another egg in my entire life. LoL

Well, at least you get to eat nuts too!

Good Luck!

BTW: Awesome gallery pic!!
