My Doc turned me onto this WOL and today he told me how thrilled he was with my progress. I didn't even stand on the scale as he said he could see the incredible change. Added to the slimmer appearance is my lowered blood pressure so I have been able to drop one of the BP meds. I could never do this on a low fat diet.
