Default Started today!!

Walking that is...got my rear out of bed at 0515 this morning....did a 15 minute stretch, and hit the outdoors...luckily it was a beautiful morning....sky was clear and the moon and stars looked awesome. Started out walking, as fast as I could through my neighborhood...it's only one mile, but it's a start....it turned into a walk/jog before I was done, then back home, for some crunches and some push-ups...Needless to say...I am TOTALLY OUT OF SHAPE!!!!!! But I feel good and postive and figure I got myself into this shape, I (and only *I*) can get myself out!! Hope this feeling continues!! Wish me luck...or rather perseverence!!

Good luck to ya Bella I know how you feel. I started doing some exercises last week (my first) and boy did I cramp. I've exercised in the past but, that was a year ago. Boy, am I out of shape!!!!! It's better now as I know it will be for you too! Hang in there!

Default I hate exercise

I really do hate all the huffing and puffing and sweating of it all .

BUT, I LOVE the benefits and that is what keeps me at it. I don't sweat it (pardon the pun) if I miss a day or so, otherwise the guilt compounds and then I end up giving up.

As it becomes easier and you feel stronger, more in control, and so pleased with yourself because the weight is coming off too, you will be soooo happy you started.
