Glycogen
Hi,
I have a question about glycogen. After the body has converted carbs into glycogen, can that glycogen then be converted into fat and stored? the reason behind my question is that my line of reasoning is that as long as you don't exceed your glycogen storage capacity, in the liver and in the muscle tissue, no carbs should be converted into fat. is this reasoning correct?
Thanks!
