Default I've had PCOS for YEARS and didn't know it

I can't believe that I still have PCOS. Until I found this site I thought that once my ovaries were removed my condition would go away. I finally had a complete hysterectomy and I thought that would take care of it. Once I read about all of the things that PCOS causes I realized that ALL of my 7 surgeries were caused by that. I was diagnosed when I was 19 and my Dr. didn't really make a big deal out of it. She just had me tell her when I thought my cysts were not going away. She put me on birth control pills and they helped a little but certainly not to the extent that it seems to have helped some of you.

Well, finally, I now know what I have to fight against for the rest of my life. There is a running joke in my family that we will either die from Diabetes or Pancreatic Cancer. I know that sounds awful, but with a family health history like ours, you either find something to laugh at or you worry yourself crazy.

Hopefully, I will stop this problem with the LC diet. Do any of you have any history of pancreatic cancer as well? According to the studies that I have done on the subject, it seems that both Diabetes and Pancreatic Cancer are on a severe rise in this country. Thanks Mitzy
