Default Sleeping Problems

Has anyone ever experienced problems sleeping through the night? For the last couple of months I wake up at night. It started out at once a night now its to the point I wake up every hour. I can go right back to sleep but it is still taking a toll on me.

I read somewhere that it can be that my body is lacking something but for the life of me I can't find where it was I read that. If anyone has this same problem or knows what it is my body could be lacking please let me know.

Pam

The 1st couple of weeks I was having real weird dreams, something to do with vit B. I would usually wake up after one, but it didn't go on all night.

I'm not much help.

Default Magnesium?

That, and potassium, prevent lots of muscle twitching which you're not talking about but could be contributing. What vitamins are you taking? What changed in your diet a few months ago that you're not eating anymore, or did something start happening?

I have sometimes used higher-than-normal calcium as a bit of a bed time tranquilizer.

I've been sleeping badly on the days that I workout in the afternoon. If I exercise in the morning or not at all, I sleep fine. Have you changed your exercise patterns?

Have you increased your caffeine intake or changed the time of day you're drinking/eating it?
