Would just like to say Hello. Found this site today, although have been reading and posting on a US low-carb site for a while. Great to find an English one though! Or British, I should say!

Currently live in Coventry with my boyfriend and my first goal is in July, when we're going to a wedding and I'd like to be at least 1 stone - 1 1/2 stones lighter.

Hope you enjoy the forum. I'm quite new myself, started in January and have lost about 171bs so you should be ok for July.

Have had a cold for abt 2 weeks and lost my appetite (but not that many lbs!) so will have to try and get back into the swing of things.

Welcome to this forum and may you really enjoy low carbing with all the health benefits it brings.

I love this way of life and have been low carbing for 2.5 years now and am 5 stone lighter. Now lets hope the remaining pounds will go soon.
