Default Body changes.

I noticed a few things today.

1. My elbows are touching my waist! They haven't done that in a couple years due to the fat on the sides of my breasts/chest.

2. My belly has looked like a smooth pumpkin...or like I'm pregnant, but there is actually an indent going across it now, right around the belly button region! (Seems to be changing shape, but not size!)

3. My shoes seem to have grown? The heels of my shoes kept slipping off today. What's up with that?

The only thing holding my pants up now is my stomach. Do you think I should go ahead and buy smaller ones? Or is my stomach going to stay this big for a while? It was the last place to get real fat, so will it be the last place to lose?

Heh heh! Congrats!

It's hard to predict how your body shape will change, but I'd say go ahead and treat yourself to some new pants. Just don't spend too much money, because you'll probably keep shrinking.

Your shoes could looser because a low carb diet helps clear the body of water retention, and that often accumulates in the legs and feet.

Keep up the good work!

Congrats on your progress! That is wonderful!

My body is also going through "the changes" too. I will sort through my clothes soon, and bag the big stuff, and donate it. I still have some smaller size clothes that fit fine now. I'll probably buy a pair or two of slacks, but like Kristine mentioned, I am still shrinking, so I don't want to spend too much right now.

Keep up the great work!
Mike
