Angry Arrggghhhhhhhh!!!

Just need to vent a bit
After been stalled for over 9 months, I started taking L carnitine, hoping it would do the trik.
But,... today I stould on the scales (for the first time in a month)and I am up
3 kg. And I thought I had lost some.
PFFFFFFFF
But my brother just lift me up and said tht I didn't gain weight, it's just the scales. Haven't I got the best brother?

Could it be water retention? and yes, you do have a great brother!

It could maybe be the L-Carnatine helping with muscle repair and building so it wasn't fat gained? Also sodium or hormone related water retention maybe?

It's not hormone related water retention.
I hope I will lose very soon, because I am really getting frustrated. My weight is the same as almost a year ago.
I really can't figure out why I won't lose.
My body is really letting me down.
