Atkins pre-maintenance
I know that everyone's metabolism is different and carb numbers and weight loss vary also. This may be a stupid question, but I was wondering how many carbs other people can eat and still lose weight slowly. I only have 8 more pounds to go, but the scales and clothes don't change. I have been staying at approximateloy 60 carbs a day. Maybe I need to watch the salt and drink moe water?
