nutritional info for Atkins muffin mix (unprepared)

Hi guys,
can anyone give me the nutritional information for the Atkins Quick Quisine Banana nut muffin Mix (unprepared) - ie for just the powder. I use it a lot to make pancakes etc, but can't work out the carb/cal/fat/prot content to plug into fitday (it only gives it for the prepared mix on the back of the packet).
