I am going to call my gym log an adventure because I've never quite been to this state before, I used to work out all the time and was in great shape. However, after I went back to school I gain a bunch of weight. It is partly from not sticking to Atkins and partly from not exercising with intensity.

Now I'm at the lowes point that I can remember. I had the flu and pneumonia and was sick for 6 weeks. Then I pulled a muscle in a leg so bad that I couldn't drive or walk. Okay, so now I'm in the mend, and taking exercise in baby steps. I'm still not healed enough to do any cardio, but I can do upper body weights for now. When the leg heals I will add in cardio too. I can also work on strengthing my core....with ab work and pilaties.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having such problems. It's good that you know what you need to do to get back on track!

I look forward to reading all your workouts (and probably borrowing a few things )

Senebty!

Great weight workout!
I do know about the low point.

Positive thought:
Standing still is better than a step in reverse.

I am a little sore from the workout, but not bad considering that I was so sick for 6 weeks. I have to remember baby steps....it's really hard not to try to go all out. Last time I pulled a muscle so bad that I couldn't walk or drive :[

Wondering what to do for a workout tomorrow....I have to work tomorrow...the first time in about 6 weeks. I guess I'll go to work and see how I feel after that. I don't want to over-do it and pull something again....
