Default I've been cheating nonstop since October basically and have gained 10 lbs back :(

Time to get back into strict low carb!
I've also had lots of beer, and I am willing to bet that this has a lot to do with it!

I am so disappointed in myself.

I should probably go back to induction for 2 weeks, eh?

I would go back on induction for two weeks, some of that 10 lbs is water (you body holds more when you are eating a lot of carbs)and will come off quickly

WEll girl, at least you only gained 10 pounds, thats not bad if you've been off the plan for over 3 months
So yep, go past jail, you have been sent back to induction
Cleanse all that carbie stuff out of your system

You'll be fine in no time.
Cheers Kathy

Katgurl... hey don't feel bad about it. I have a strong belief in the "shock" method where every so often I go for wings or rip a weekend up with a few beer and my body gets the shock it so needs and deserves.

Maybe you just shocked your system for a wee bit too long but nothing is irreversible. Going back to induction always helps... as you mentioned.
