One thing, when you go to a doctors office, it is most likely the middle of the day. This means they weight not only you, but all the water you have drank, the food you have eaten, your clothing, enviromental clingerons, any retained water and so on.
As for the fitting into a smaller size, that means you are building muscle and losing fat. That is far more important then just losing weight. Increased lean weight not only means a smaller size, but less cellulite, increased metabolism, improved circulation, increased strength and endurance, among a myriad of other health benifits. If you have a doctor who tries to preach nothing but weight loss at the sacrifice of lean weight, run.
Breasts often get lumps. Find out what it is and treat it if needed as fast as possible. Feel confident in the fact if it is anything serious you and your doctor caught it early. Hang on to the hope that like most brest lumps, it will turn out to be nothing. Remember as you are losing weight, breasts are mostly fatty tissue so they will go through changes as well. Also estrogen is stored in fat, so as you lose weight your hormone levels can get kind of wacky, also effecting your breasts. Get it checked out, but don't get frantic quite yet
