Over the summer I read a thread about someone who went to Bickfords and asked to substitute toast for bacon or something like that - they denied the request. I went on Sat. and ordered off the "side", eggs, bacon and sausage the waitress identified me as a low carber and asked if I wanted the "lc plate". She brought me back a ham steak, 2 eggs and 4 sausage links!!! I was so impressed! Just thought I'd share...

Times are changing

The same happened when I went to Denny's with the kids. I gave it a shot and asked, turned out the waitress was on Atkins too and gave me the meatlovers and held the pancakes.. Extra sausage Yummm.
