Default Breaded meat

Right now I live with a family in Spain and they eat a lot of breaded meat and chicken. The meat is very lightly breaded though, not like fried chicken or mozzarella sticks or anything like that. Its just a very thin layer of breadcrumbs. Would anyone know where I can find out, or would like to take an educated guess, at how many carbs would be in a chicken breast breaded like this? THANKS

Well, it's tough... my best guess is 15g of carbs.

How I came to this conclusion was by going to fitday, and pulling up Chicken parmigiana, figuring it was the only lightly breaded meat I could think of.

Of course, this includes the sauce and cheese, so maybe a bit less, but I like to err on the side of caution.

I's guess less if it's really light... Kentucky Fried Chicken has been advertising the heck out of the fact their chicken (which seems to be half breading!) has 11 g of carbs a piece. If you can't avoid it altogether, stealthy scraping should reduce it to a few grams, IMO.
