Well....... Thanks for the boosts yall. I am weighing once a week now, and today is end of week 2 .
Started at 223, and this morning was at 208.
The wife has dropped 5 lbs total, (She is 5'7 and 142 to 137 now) .
Both of us enjoy our splenda and heavy cream whipped on jell-o, but am going to take it to 3 packets apiece in our whipped cream instead of 1/2 cup. I guess it's goodbye sweet Oh well........... I want this WOE and this WOL, so that's that.
It's our only desert treat tho. Maybe the 3 packets of splenda with tbsp cinnamon on pork rinds is the way to go? peace/out

way to go on the 15 lbs! Sounds like a good idea to cut back on the SPlenda a bit... 1/2-cup is quite a bit.
