Default Serious squirts

For the last 2 days, I've has some serious squirts. I think I could attribute it to these Splenda breath candies. Is this a possibility? Now when I say squirts, I mean serious trotts. No solidness.. what-so-ever. Thanks.

Stomach flu is going around right now. I don't think the candies would do it unless you were eating an aweful lot.

Splenda usually doesn't cause the diarrhea that the sugar alcohols do. Take some immodium for relief and ditch the candy to see if that makes a difference. I have Crohn's Disease so I can certainly sympathize!!!!

What exactly is Chrones diesease? A friend of mine has it, but I've never really asked him what it's all about. I'll try cutting out the candies.. What about Russell Stoffer peanut butter cups? Could thoes be a cause, as I ate a few while watching the hockey game. And, I must say they're very tasty.

Ah-ha! The Russell Stover's are the likely culprit. Most people have that reaction, some milder than others, to any of the SF candies that are made with sugar alcohols. I know if I eat more than two or three, I'm headed for the bathroom for a while. Cut those out, or limit to 1 or 2 day, and you should be fine.

Look for the sugar alcohol "maltitol" - that's your culprit! Two of those little tiny peanut butter cups and I'm gassing and running the rest of the day. I simply avoid it like the plague.
