Importance of Creatine
As money has recently gotten extreamly tight, I am going to have to give up a few things. LC convience food will be the first, which isn't a problem as it usually sits on shelves anyway after I get it and try it.
I am almost out of my creatine though. I am debating weather or not I should buy more though. I am impressed with my lean mass building, though the over all weight loss as been a bit dismal, alot of that is my own fault for skipping some workouts I'll admit. Does creatine make that much of a difference though? Should I rebuy?
I am currently at 50g of carbs a day and may go higher depending on how this week goes. So far my lean weight has gone from around 106 pounds up to 110, while my overall weight has bounced from 144 to 141.5 (it has been going up and down). I feel much stronger, and can definetly lift more then when I started. I can also do more pilates moves and notice strength there. Is the creatine helping a large amount in this progress and I should try to continue having everything suppliment wise the same?
