Default Piklet

I just made the best Piklet using
1 egg
1 table spoon gluten flour
1 table spoon soy flour
1 tsp of splenda
1/4 tsp baking power

mixed it all together and placed into a hot buttered pan. Made one huge piklet.
Was awesome!
Just need to know how much carbs 1 TBLS of gluten flour and soy flour have, does anyone know where I can find a online carb counter please.

I made this piklet the other day too and used butter splenda and vanilla essence for the sauce. Was nice haven't worked out the carbs and sugars thou.

Was a nice treat

Another good l-c 'pikelet'..
2TBS ground almonds/almond flour 1 egg
half tsp baking pdr
Beat egg, add almond and b. pdr...mix to pikelet consistency with water, or thinner for pancakes. Makes several..about 6g carb..I eat them all with various toppings, for breakfast or lunch....Eve
