This is a wpnderful resource - thank you.
I've been low carbing for over a year now - lost about 2/3 of my goal - the last bit is proving harder. I'm celiac, so a lot of the branded low carb goods aren't suitable for me, but on the other hand I had less to give up as I do NOT miss the gluten free breads and pastas!
for the past 3 months my weight has just yo-yoed around without any net loss, so I've found fitday (thanks to your site) and I'm gettign the discipline back.
Any info on gluten free low carb resources would be really appreciated
