Congratulations! What an inspiration!

On my visit to the doctor next month I hope to break the 300 barrier also. I have not weighed myself all summer but have been dedicated to the WOE. I have been consistently walking and lifting weights also. I have gone down a shirt size and have gone from a stretchy waistband pants to a solid band dress pants of the same size, and I feel much healthier than before.

I'm actually excited to see my doctor this time.

Thanks for the high fives!

For those who are looking to join me in breaking through 300...

You know that if you work your plan - you will make it!

No doubt about it!

Atkins was a genius.

The rest of us are just time challenged
This WOE is not that hard - and it WORKS ! We might as well count weeks or months as pounds because the longer we eat right, the more we lose (gain in health).

We will all get where we are going... And it will be wonderful!

Congratulation! Nothing like hitting a milestone to keep one motivated. Don't forget to save a pair of "trophy" pants so you can show off how much you've lost!!
