Armywife, are you aware that foods like cream, cheese, eggs and coffee all contain carbs, even though packaging may read "0"?
Also, you might be interested in knowing that even Dr. A suggests getting the 20g a day recommended. He studied eating less and found it had little impact on fat loss and in some cases it can backfire as it leads to monotony and boredom. More variety makes it less likely you feel deprived and less likely you'll stray.
