Full of Energy
I started this diet on August 6. My back had really been bothering me and I knew that I had some pounds to lose. I've lost 6lbs since. I've had NO fatigue at all.. Irratibility a bit and some headaches, but other than that, I feel great! My boyfriend cannot believe that I can pass up some things, chinese food, bread, etc. but now, I don't even want them at all! The only thing I miss are bagels, but that will pass, I'm sure.. I went from drinking my coffee with 5-6 sugars in it to either no sugar or one equal! Although I haven't lost all the weight I want yet, I would just like to encourage begginners to keep going!
