Default Hey to all here.

This is my second time on Atkins, but my first in finding support on the net, which I hope will help. I was successful the first time but I am a notorious yo-yo dieter. Lose, Gain, Lose, Gain. I'm on my 5th day of the two week induction. Anyway I must say chicken legs and pork skins have been my staples so far. I'm not discouraged though, on the contrary; I am very motivated thus far. Again, I'm so happy about this website.

Cool Hello from Texas

Hello and welcome,
Well I sure hope you find that sticking to Atkin's is not so bad. This could be a new way of life for you. There are so meny great things you can eat. You need to find something that works for you and stick with it. Yo yo dieting is not good for you. I do not have much for self control so I never thought I could stick to any kind of diet, but 3 1/2 weeks into Atkin's and 14 lbs lighter I am so proud of myself. I know I can stick with this forever. I am usually not very hungry any more and I am not really craving anything. My family and friends can eat what they want in front of me and it does not bother me. Now that they have seen what Atkin's can do I have 5 friends on it.
Well be sure to check out the recipe boad on this site for great ideas. Keep in touch.
God Bless,
Tina
