Cool Atkins Advantage vs. Atkins Endulge

I've read on this board and others that the Atkins Advantage bars are bad, and that they cause some to stall. Is it the same for the endulge bars, I kinda like the wafer bar things. I don't want to make it a habit, but I will be away from home for an extended period of time, so I have planned a shake as one meal and I'm packing a Endulge bar and a Carb solution bar!! Not to mention this is only....will be my third day, so I don't even know if I should be having these during induction....should probably check that out, its either that or starve or at worst cheating......what do I do?

On a side note, should one assume that if the sugar alcohols move straight through you (ie going to the bathroom) would that be reason enough to assume that they won't cause you to stall since you aren't digesting them?

The Endulge bars do stall some people, but you have to find out how they work for you. In any case, they're not allowed on Induction! If you need portable snacks try beef jerky/Slim Jims or something like that.
