Default OOOPS! The whole chicken!

Hello Everyone.
I hope you're doing well.
I'm in my third week of "Induction" and starting to look slimmmer and trimmer already but I have a small problem,...
Occasionally I have an incredible craving for BBQ chicken (the supermarket kind) and when I come home I wolf the whole yummy thing down in roughly 10 minutes! This happens roughly twice a week.
Is there something wrong with this picture or is this normal low-carber behaviour? I do admit that I skip a meal here and there.
Have a nice day.
"Big Dutch"

Your getting a sugar "fix" from the BBQ sauce. It won't be as satisfying, but try choosing the non-BBQ rotisserie/broasted chicken. Then go ahead and eat as much as you want...that's the joy of this WOE!

Default What's triggering the craving?

I'm all for eating as much of the chicken as you need, but if you're eating past "enough," it's something other than healthy. Sugar is a culprit. But look earlier--what is making you want the sugar in the first place? I find some foods just make me want more, even LC, and I've had to drop them from my plan. Much easier to manage what is "enough" since I did that.
