Hi flutterbye, it looks like we've both been doing this for around the same amount of time with very similar results, all I can do is echo your words - I'm loving every minute of it

Flutterbye,

This is the first time I have whole heartedly attempted this WOE. You have had really great success and I was wondering if you could give me kind of a sample day for you (meal plan), while you were induction.
Thanks!!!!!

Ditto to everything. Atkins is the ONLY WOE that I have ever tried and had any success losing weight. The greatest part though, is that I feel tremendously better. I am not starving, my headaches stopped, I have a ton more energy and I know that eating this way is healthier and should help with my PCOS. It's the best way to go all around for me!

Smile I agree

This WOE/WOL is amazing! I have never felt better and I am losing weight as an added benefit. (I have lost 10ish pounds in the last month out of about 35 and countless inches) I will never go back. Carbs and sugars were like poison to me- I won't put those things in my body anymore. I love eating so many veggies and meats (although sometimes I get sick of meats but not for long)- and this is working for me both as a way to lose the extra parts of me, AND as a new and improved WOL!!

Good low-carb thoughts to all!!
