Anyone ever heard of or been to a LC meeting, I guess something like weight watchers, I'd be interested in going to something like that, but haven't heard of any in my area, or even right in the city

I know that they're starting a program like that at the Low Carb Centre, but that's in North Vancouver. Maybe if you e-mail them, you can see if they're planning anything in your area???

It would be great to meet over coffee (decaf for the Atkins purists!) or something in the GTA. It probably would be best just to get a group of us together from this board, as I haven't heard of any pre-existing groups.

Probably, the cheapest way to buy Low Carb Product is to buy a large quantity from US thru the net.
Just want to make some stat, anyone of you in Southern Ontario are painly purchasing the super expensive low carb products in your local grocery/health store?
I was just thinking...if we could group a few people near our area, we will be able to order the products through the net (either Canadian or American)..with less shipping/tax fee.....
I know it may not save "a lot"!! But it'll make the chances to meet each other!

Or any other suggestion?
