Thumbs up Different Menus POST HERE!

Just thought about doing a post for different menus, lots of people like to see what others are eating. Also, if you would like you can add in the supps, you take.

My normal day:

Breakfast:
3 eggs scrammbled= 1.8
1 slice cheese= 0.6
3 slices bacon= 0.1

Lunch:
1c lettuce= 1
ranch dressing= 1
chicken or steak
1/2c green beans= 4

Snack=
carbolite bar= 0.0-1.2 ( I know I'm bad)
or
snack bag of peanuts= 2
sometimes both...........

Supper:
1c lettuce=1
ranch dressing= 1
3 pieces salami= 1
steak, hamburger, ham, etc
1/2c broc. with cheese= 5

Someimes more, sometimes less.


I use no supps yet, still debating on them. They are expensive.

Today so far.

early am- large coffee 4 splenda, 4 cream , 6

b-eas carb control drink, 2

L- 6 oz hamburger, 3 oz cheese. 1

s- spinach salade low carb ceasar dressing, to of water 0

10 carbs so far,

will be way under today...

maybe for dinner( hamburger, maybe a tortilla, mustard, veggie,)

Here's mine so far:

Cheesy scrambled eggs wrapped in LC tortilla

Beef ribs with Atkins BBQ sauce. 1/2 cup cucumber slices

DInner plan is to have 1 cup spinach, some chicken salad, and diced cantaloupe

breakfast:
2 egg omelet w/cheddar cheese
2 sausage links
squirt of atkins pancake syrup
decaf coffee w/h&h and splenda

snack:
1/2 atkins bar

lunch:
2 c. romaine, 1/4 c. each of cucumber & green pepper, 7-10 grape tomatos
3 cheese dressing
2 oz. swiss cheese
10 celery sticks
2 T hummus
SF jello

snack:
1/2 atkins bar

dinner:
baked salmon w/herbs
green beans w/butter
maybe another small salad

water: at least 64 oz.
exercise: spinning class and weights

Brfst~~~ 2 eggs scrambled with 1 tsp heavy cream, 1 oz cheese and slice of minced oinion--- 3 strips turkey bacon and 1 small sausage patty

Lunch~~~~~~ spinach salad with bacon, tomato, feta, grilled chicken and vinegrette dressing.

Dinner~~~~~~~~~~~~ Who knows

2 liters of water so far.
No snacks

breakfast- 1 cup ground beef with a little green pepper, onion, and garlic. mixed in one tablespoon taco sauce (1.29 carb) and sour cream.

lunch- 2 rolled up slices of roast beef with 1oz of mozzarella cheese a little hot pepper and 2 tablespoons of mayo. 20 to 30 pork rinds

dinner will be- 8oz piece of lamb with 2 cups salad, lettuce pepper celery and cucumber with 2 to 3 table spoons of blue cheese dressing. and 1 whole deviled egg

2/3 cp Keto Cocoa Crisp
8 oz SF chocolate milk
2 Coffe half decaf half regular (first time I've had any regular since begining) 2 tbsp Cream, splash of DiVincci syrup

Lunch
Mixed green salad w/ Jimica 2 hb eggs, 2 slices turkey breast, ranch dressing.

Snack
Munching 1/2 serving macadamia nuts

Dinner
Going to try spagetti squash in an alphrado sauce
2 more snacks today probably as well.

For an average type day.

Breakfast -> Atkins shake

Lunch -> Tuna with lots of mayo scouped up with some crunchers. Sometimes bacon added in, sometimes lettuce.

Dinner -> meat (what ever I pull out of the freezer for the day) Salad with dressing, veggies. a hunk of cheese.

Snacks for the day -> macadamia nuts, LeCarb Ice Cream, or 3 oz of heavy cream whipped up with 1/2 scoup of chocolate shake mix.
