Default HELP - Anyone have meal ideas for Dr. Atkins' Fat Fast

Hello everyone!

I started Dr. Atkins' Fat Fast diet May 30th, but fell off over the weekend (bad girl). In just those two days of being on the diet I lost 4lbs. I'm now restarting the diet and need meal ideas. So far I've followed Dr. Atkins' Fat Fast meals suggested on his website, but I'm growing tired of the limited feedings already.

I have a wonderful vacation planned at Chateau Manzanillo in Mexico Jun 21st and would love to shed at least 8-10lbs for it - and I know the Fat Fast plan is the way to go.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, there's not much you can do with such a limited choice of foods, but a few seasonings go a long way towards making it palatable. A sprinkle of garlic salt and chili powder mixed into some warmed up cream cheese makes it so much easier to choke down. Also great when you reach the hamburger cooked in olive oil stage. Good luck. And you might want to look into Stillmans, it's supposed to take the weight off quickly and although the choices are limited, they're luxurious compared to fat fast.

Thanks so much for responding. Can you give me more information on "Stillmans" plan. I'm not familiar with it.

Thanks!
