Why the sudden drop in w/loss after induction???
I'm a little confused........first of all, I'm reading the thread regarding how much weight people lost in induction. Many of you posted a loss of 8-10 lbs (which is an amount I hear alot for the first two weeks). Then, from induction on, the weight loss for many people drops _drastically_. How can you go from losing 4 lbs. a week to 1/2 lb a week just by adding 5-10 carbs a day? It really doesn't make sense to me. I am aware that on induction, a good amount is water weight.........but that still doesn't count for the discrepancy.
I certainly don't want to focus on my scale----and I am not looking for a quick loss plan (so please don't address this post in that way). I am simply trying to understand where this sudden loss of losing comes from. Anyone?
