spring cleaning to burn fat

Im going to spring clean my house top to bottom today. I am hoping I will burn up some extra fat. I have always heard that clean is good excersise and I have heard that mopping can help burn fat in your stomach area. So I am going on an all out cleaning spree..

Scrub your walls top to bottom if you really want a workout! My arms and legs are always sore the next day from all the squatting and reaching! (Jeez, I'm REALLY out of shape!)
