Default Seafood Recipe

I bought this bag of seafood combination. It has octopus, cuttlefish, squid, shrimp, mussels (all raw) and cooked clams.

According to the Nutritional Information (per 100g serving)
calories 50
protein 11g
fat 0.8g
carbs 0g

I know that the carbs on this is wrong because someone mentioned on the Atkins board that shrimp, mussels, clams and perhaps squid I can't remember have carbs. So how many carbs should I add per 100g? Please help.

Can anyone help me with a recipe to cook this? Or a batter? I need something simple since I'm not that great a cook. Please help.

Peace
red

I'm no help on this one. I've bought two of those bags of mixed seafood and tried making Bouillabaise with it, using two different recipes and I could just hardly eat the Bouillabaise the seafood was so strong and "fishy" to me. Maybe someone else has had luck with this stuff, but I haven't. Sorry I can't be more encouraging.

Interesting. I bought them for the same reason. I don't remember why it didn't turn out.... but I never bought those bags again.

I would make a fish stew out of it. Add some firm white flesh fish to it. Some shrimp. It can be tomoto or cream based.

Or put it through the processor and use it to stuff portabello mushrooms.

Let us know how it turned out.

i have bought those- they are not my favorite, but they do alright in a creamy tomato bisque. and they are pretty cheap, so when pinching pennies, they make a very rare appearance.
