Hi! Here's a site that I found that has ball exercises on it http://www.bodytrends.com/balex.htm I prefer to use videos for instruction, though. I just bought my ball about a week ago and the video I'm using so far is called B.L.T. (Butt, Legs & Tummy on a ball) by Karen Voight. It's only about 25 minutes long and it's a lot of fun.

Thanks, Georgia

I was just browsing Shape Magazine's site and found some very challenging looking lower body ball exercises.

Default an excellent book

http://exercise.about.com/library/b...ballworkout.htm
Scroll down to the More Exercises on the Ball link too.
These are advanced exercises. There are quick time mini videos too on this site.

As a beginner I preferred a book with step by step instructions how to start to work with ball. I really enjoyed that this book provides easier/harder versions of every exercise as the recommended stretch after every exercise.
The book is: Get on the Ball by Lisa Westlake ($14.95)
