Question Keto Sticks & stall question

Hi all! I have been on Atkins for a week and a half now. The first few days I lost about 3 lbs, but since haven't lost any.

I tested with Keto Sticks and I'm in the 2nd darkest color...so, the 2nd highest state of ketosis. And I'm not cheating- staying under 20 carbs a day.

Any ideas? Do you think I should just trust the keto stick and know that the diet is working, just slowly?

Hey Starr

The colour of the sticks means nothing. You are either in ketosis or not. It's like being pregnant!

A lot of us don't use the sticks because they can be reading a variety of things. If they are dark in colour it might just mean that you are dehydrated, or it could be reading fat that you just consumed, NOT stored fat that you are burning.

All the best on the woe!

Lolli
