Unhappy sugar cravings

I'm on my second week of induction (atkins) and I'm having terrible cravings for sugar... why? I was doing so good...
I'm taking 1000mg of L- glutamine before meals but I still have the cravings... what can I do?

You can try having a legal snack.

Sometimes you get the nasty cravings as your body's final gasp before you drop a pound or so. If you can keep your resolve and drink your water , you may have a pleasant surprise waiting for you in the morning.

Hang tough, it's just the sugar demon.

I get these to, and my recent favorite to curb them is sugar free jello topped with Redi-whip whip cream (comes in the red/white/blue spray can) very delish and low carb......If you don't add the whip cream it is 0 carbs.... and do drink that water to help curb it!!!
