Talking WalMart Salvation

Today I went to WM to get the oil changed and do some shopping. It was only about 10:00 but I started feeling weak and light headed. While waiting I went outside and got a can of diet soda and opened a can of Vienna sausage that I had just bought and ate the whole thing sitting on one of the rocks outside. Helped a lot. I never ate Vienna sausage because they have 14 gr. of fat. This is the first I've had in over 20 years and don't like them very much but they filled the bill today.

On Atkins those vienna sausages are just what the doctor ordered. I don't care for them either, but I think you made an excellent move. There were many other items you could have eaten that would have been detrimental to your weight loss. Good Work. If it helps, I've seen Jalapeno vienna sausages at Walmart.

Good Luck!

Didn't see any of those. I first looked at the beef jerky but it all had sugar.
Will make my own without sugar. It's a great snack.

In a hurry I find canned Vienna Sausages a great "meal" with a salad (for lunch) or alone for Breakfast since they do have lots of fat thus keep you satisfied longer.

I'm not a huge fan of them either, but I have found that when I need a good protein/fat snack, they fit the bill perfectly.
