great bread! OMG great bread!

I just made a loaf of the bread machine Sourdough Rye by the www.ketofoods.com company and the only bad thing about it is; IT TASTES SOOO GOOD!
I did make a mistake with it though. I thought I had set my bread machine to rapid bake but put it on quick bread. Difference in time.
So I let it mix, rest and knead in the machine and then took it out and greased a large bread pan, backed it at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
It got nice and golden brown. It did fall a bit when it cooled but still was over the top of the large pan.
I marked 16 slices with the edge of a knife (otherwise my DH cuts way too big of pieces!) and cut off the 'heel'.
Put whipped butter on it and OMG! Chewy like real homemade bread, good rye flavor (though I would have liked a more sourdough taste). It is a light rye and I'm planning on having a great sandwich with it later on today!
