Default sweeteners/protein powder

Could anyone out there give me the low down on the various sugar free sweeteners. Is splenda better than sweet and low? How do the other par? Is liquid sweeteners better to use than dry?

I was also wondering what type of protein powder one uses to make pancakes and pizza's? Is there a certain brand, and store which carries these products?

Thanks. It would be good to know.

If you go to the newbies forum, there's a "stickie" at the top called Hot Links! Scroll down in it "Artificial Sweeteners, a Load 'o' Links.

Generally plain whey or soy protein are used. It depends on what the recipe specifies. I would say that any brand would be fine.
