Default help needed

i am a veggie but i dont eat cheese i hate it, so what can i eat at the moment all i seem to eat is eggs and a few veg. i lost 1 1/2 stone but have stuck ay idea's

You can make quite reasonable dishes with TVP (textured vegitable protein). I used to be a veggie, and used it in nut roasts (which you can still make...but without the breadcrumbs) and mixed with chopped onion and mushrooms to make vegiburgers.

Soya flour is also useful. You can make quite good pancakes with it.

There are a whole range of soups you could try - borshch, shchi, and many chinese ones with dropped egg in them.

I'll gladly send you recipies if you like.
