MANY ON THIS BOARD HAVE BEEN MISINFORMED. DR. BAREFOOT DID NOT SAY THAT ONLY HIS SUPPLEMENTS WILL WORK. HE SAID THAT ONLY CORAL CALCUIM HAS BEEN PROVEN TO WORK AS WELL. WHAT HE SAYING IS REGULAR CALCIUM PILLS ARENT THE SAME. TUMS WONT WORK. HE SAID ANY CALCIUM WE TAKE IS GOOD FOR US, BUT ALL ARE NOT AS ABSORBABLE AND BIOAVAILABLE. HE DID NOT SEEM PUSHY TO BUY HIS PRODUCTS, BUT WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT CALCIUM DEFICIENCY IS THE CAUSE OF MANY DISEASES. CHECK IT OUT!

why can't we get enough calcium without using pills of any sort?

Before we drank cow's milk, surely man was getting enough calcium. Even the ones not living by the coral sea. Where was he getting it? I think that is a much more interesting question/approach, don't you?
