Glycemic index

It seems there is a lot of interest about carbs, glycemic index and glycemic load. Can anyone recommend any books on these subjects?
Since I want to continue on this WOE I would like to read more about them.

Hello aileen. You can probably find quite a bit on this site. Click on the

picture above & it will open the search page. Search for "Glycemic AND Index" or Glycemic AND load" and choose the option "Show results as posts" so you'll go right to the post.

You can also search the net for those phrases and there is lots available.
