Talking drum roll please

I have complete the two week induction, though I plan to stay on it longer. If you read day one of my journal you will see I panicked and took a water pill ( a big one) the day before I weighed so I probably lost more but here I am on day 15 weighing ..........................
6 1/2 hateful pounds less! That is well within my 10% so I am pleased! Not to mention the other benefits. I feel GREAT! I have never eaten so much and so well to lose weight. The intestional gas that was so bad from carbs, is gone, my ankles are a normal size, my cravings are gone, I haven't had any alcohol since Jan. 5, and that was a big one for me. My clothes are SO much looser in places I cann;t measure, tho the tape shows I have lost 3 inches, counting only one arm and one leg. (I didn't count both, tho I lost in each limb)
My husband is loving it too, he is on it with me. I don't know what he lost as he has gone to work but he did lose and said last night that we had to make this our way of life.
Two weeks ago I was in a panic because I couldn't face life without all the things I had been eating, even though they were making me fat and miserable. Now here I am. I still haven't started exercising but that will come.
Thank you all here for your support. I really couldn't have done it had it not been for this place with the support and the knowledge here.
I know that my medications may slow down the weight loss but that's just the way it is.

Talking Is'nt it wonderful

to look and feel so good! I love what the scale says (I to lost 6 lbs on induction), but even more so what the tape measure says. It's wonderful to lose and still be eating so well.

Congratulations and keep up the good work!

Ladybug...ya done good!!

Now's the time to look back through your journal and compare how you feel and how you've done up to this point! What a motivator...

You're on your way to more success!! Good for you!
