Default Day 6 down 7 lbs!!!

So far I am doing great, following the induction to a T, today I am feeling a touch nausious..I ate brkfst, 2 egs 2 sausage links, 48 oz of water (not all at once) , a stalk of celery with cream cheese and I am not hungry at all. I seem to be losing interest in food which I can't beleive. Supper time is coming up should I have my meal or skip it. I still have the rest of the day to catch up on the water. I am drinking a nice cup of green tea at the moment. Otherwise I can't beleive how I can actually walk by a box of chocolates and not grab one ..not normal for me. I also notice even tho I am drinking the required amount of water daily I don't seem to be running to the bathroom as much as I did when I drank the same amnt when I tried WW last year. Its great to have a day off work today to keep in touch and there is a terrible snowstorm brewing here..so cold my big collie won't go out.

7lbs is awesome!! But don't skip meals. Your body will think it is in starvation mode and you will stop losing. It goes against every diet you have ever had in the past and ketosis does take away hunger.

Eat well and healthy and enjoy food again without guilt.

your water in take is pretty low and can cause you to stall, you are cranking off the weight and theres nothing better than that, way to go!!!just dont give your body a reason to stall, they can last a long time and test your paitence.i once cranked off 60 pounds in 60 days then stalled for 6 week, when i look back, water had to play a roll in the stall, because when i upped my h20 my stall stopped.ya got to love a diet that lets you eat till full and loose weigh at the same time.

About skipping meals, Dr Atkins says is his book (somewhere) that the longest you should go without eating is 6 hours.
