Need a Buddy

I am a 19f looking to lose 5-10 lbs before I go back to school in two weeks. I started the plan today, and I think I exceeded 20g of carbs by a few grams

This is a lot harder than I thought it would be and need some support!

Take away the timeline and you take away pressure. No need to lose in any amount of time, just so you get to where you want to go, doesn't matter when. Glad to see you being pro-active though. Wish I had been at your age, maybe I wouldn't have so much to fight for today. Good for you and be kind to yourself.
